Problems sleeping can lead to a vicious cycle as the more we don’t sleep, the more anxious, overwhelmed and tired it makes us, which in turns increases the chances of another bad night.

Symptoms of Sleep Disorder

Symptoms can include irregular sleep patterns, irregular breathing, restless limbs, finding it difficult to fall asleep, lying awake for long periods at night, waking up several times during the night, waking up early and being unable to get back to sleep, feeling down or having a lower mood, difficulty concentrating, or being more irritable than usual.
